Pastor Keri Fraser (born in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands) is an anointed, multi-gifted preacher, and prophetic psalmist, who willingly shares her ministry gifts with the body of Christ. Her powerful message of deliverance has impacted many lives throughout the Caribbean, United States, and Europe.

Pastor Keri is currently serving as the Senior Pastor of Abundant Rain Empowerment Church (a multi-cultural body of believers in Decatur, GA). She co-labors in ministry with her husband, Prophet Dwayne Fraser. Together, they provide vision and leadership to their congregation and other Int’l ministries. They are also committed to Transforming Families to Impact Nations.

In addition to preaching, Pastor Keri has a passion for Praise & Worship. Her rich, alto voice ushers listeners into the presence of the Lord. She is an accomplished songwriter and Gospel Recording Artist, who has received numerous honors for her highly anticipated, CD project, In Awe of You. Amongst the honors are: the Newsome Award for Female Vocalist of the Year; the Season 10 Prayze Factor Award: Songwriter of the Year and Video of the Year (for the song, Open Heaven); the Season 12 Prayze Factor Award: Praise & Worship Solo Artist, Songwriter of the Year, and Artist of the Year as well as the Season 13 Prayze Factor Award: Praise Team of the Year.

Pastor Keri wrote her first book, Taking the Limits Off! to challenge believers to walk in God's divine order and unlimited power. Her devotional journal (Tea with Pastor Keri) is designed to encourage believers to recharge in the presence of the Lord. Her most recent book (Released from Rejection) takes readers on a 10-day journey of healing to overcome one of life’s biggest obstacles. In addition to her inspiring books and music, she is the host of the Tea with Pastor Keri Show, which can be seen on PGN TV (powered by Xperienc On Demand).

Pastor Keri has been happily married for 28 years and is the proud mother of three children. She is also the business owner of Fraser Financial and Computer Solutions. Throughout her career, she has received numerous awards for excellence in accounting and financial management. She has obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s degree in Christian Education; and Doctorate degree in Ministry.
